Meet Marcus Reuben and Jonathan de Villiers, the faces behind Paris Personal Trainer. We have been training people for nearly 20 years improving well-being and developing teams.

Our clients include senior executives, managers and personnel from international organizations, large and small scales.

WHY IS IT IMPORTANT?

French government statistics indicate that: 80% of employees wish to practice a physical activity with their company*.

Research shows sitting and working from home for long hours contribute to deterioration in physical and mental health. Sport, especially in teams, contributes to physical and mental well-being which is fundamental for any corporation..

HOW DOES IT WORK?

We work with your teams (from 2 to 20 people) In English for a one-hour activity including an introduction and debrief. Activities include:

We train in and around your offices in a suitable open- air environment. We also take care to provide personalized advice on wellbeing, fitness and nutrition to anyone who wants it!
